The Buyer’s Inventory is considerably reduced. The rates charged by Trade Room™ for holding and delivering the inventory are significantly below the Buyer’s weighted average cost of capital of the Buyer.

JUST IN-TIME DELIVERY

Trade Room™ negotiates from a position of strength by offering early payment to the supplier in return for a discount. Trade Room™ also arranges structures to extend Trade Room™ payment terms to the Buyer.

BETTER SUPPLIER TERMS

Trade Room™ provides a network to track any product from origin to retailer, with geo-location tracking, product authentication, and quality and condition control, through data that cannot be manipulated.
